针对抗振条-传热管大间隙的4跨传热管直管束开展了流致振动试验研究。传热管束转角正三角形排列,3处抗振条将直管束分为4跨,中间其中1跨的局部区域受到横向流体的冲刷。试验测试获得了管间流速在3.3~14.7 m/s区间内传热管振动位移和振动频率响应特性。结果表明,随着管间流速逐渐增大,传热管在来流方向和升力方向的振动频率依次增大,传热管的振动模态从抗振条1处有效支撑、2处未有效支撑的状态,转换为3处抗振条均有效支撑的状态。试验观测到传热管流弹失稳,其临界流速为14.5 m/s,与5种经验关系式预测结果的对比表明,Chen关系式能较好地预测流弹失稳的发生,预测结果较保守,与试验值间的相对偏差为21.4%。 相似文献

针对李雅庄煤矿U型通风工作面上隅角及回风流瓦斯浓度高、瓦斯治理难度大的问题,根据工作面瓦斯来源及在采空区三带的运移储存规律,李雅庄煤矿开展了本煤层抽采工艺优化和裂隙带抽采技术研究。对本煤层钻孔封孔深度、联孔工艺、管路连接方式等进行优化,钻孔抽采浓度由抽采4个月后降低到9%提高到抽采10个月后维持在19%;通过调整裂隙带钻孔布置方式、优化钻孔布孔层位、采取下筛管护孔等技术措施,裂隙带钻场最高瓦斯抽采纯流量达13.6 m3/min,平均瓦斯抽采纯流量达8 m3/min,2个钻场联合抽采瓦斯纯流量在13 m3/min以上;取消了瓦斯措施巷、井下移动泵和上隅角风帘,上隅角和回风流平均瓦斯浓度分别控制在0.5%和0.4%以下,对高瓦斯矿井U型通风工作面瓦斯治理有借鉴意义。 相似文献

ABSTRACTIn this paper, Crush force efficiency (CFE), Specific Energy Absorption (SEA), Energy Absorption per Crush Length (Ecl), Maximum and average crush forces of straight and grooved tapered thin-walled tubes with various cross-section shapes (circle, ellipse, square, rectangle, hexagon, and octagon) have been studied. The effects of taper, the groove (as initiator) and their interaction have been presented in the current study using Finite Element Method as a numerical method. The tubes have the same volume, height, average cross-section area, thickness and material and have been subjected to axial and oblique dynamic loading. The results of simulations show that the section's geometry, taper and groove addition have a significant effect on energy absorption behavior and the hexagon cross section have better energy absorption behavior compared with other considered geometries. On the other hand, it was found that the behavior of these structures could improve against dynamic axial and oblique impact loading with the cost-effective geometry modifications. These results could help to improve and choose appropriate energy absorber structure based on desirable crush force and energy absorbing characteristics. 相似文献

为得到减振弹性管对下锭胆的支承弹性和锭子高速运动下的稳定性等性能的最优匹配效率,依据减振弹性管的等效抗弯刚度及底部等效刚度系数公式,利用MatLab数值分析软件构建弹性管抗弯刚度和底部挠度数学模型。首先,结合Isight优化软件基于径向基神经网络构建其近似模型,且使精度达到可接受水平,并以模型的关键结构参数弹性模量、螺距、槽宽、壁厚为设计变量,结合遗传算法对弹性管抗弯刚度和底部挠度进行多目标优化设计,得到Pareto最优解集和Pareto前沿图,确定出减振弹性管结构工艺参数的优化方案。通过对优化数据进行分析发现,该方案在保证减振弹性管弹性的同时,其底部振幅明显减弱。 相似文献

建立壳管式相变储能换热器仿真模型,利用Fluent软件对蓄能、释能工况分别进行模拟。从温度场、速度场、固液交界面3个方面分析逐时换热强度的变化原因;探讨在蓄热过程中热源管壁温、热管口径规格对传热效率的影响。研究结果表明:蓄热工况下管间热扰及自然对流作用明显,10000 s时液相分数达到95%。放热工况以导热为主,60000 s时相变材料仅凝固了75%。从场协同效应分析,采用小尺寸热源管能缩短时间,但单位面积换热强度有明显下降。换热温差≤20℃时,其强化效果开始衰弱。 相似文献

This paper is the first part of a two‐part study, and it presented numerical research of double‐diffusive natural convection within an annulus area, situated in two horizontal confocal elliptic solids charged by a Newtonian fluid. The elliptical coordinates were used to transform the physical domain into a rectangular one. To resolve the governing equations and the boundary layer conditions, a calculator code based on the finite volume approach was developed. This paper presents a piecewise constant strain kinematic model for concentric tube robots (CTR) in externally loaded conditions. It discretizes the pre-curved tubes comprising the robot into a finite number of pieces and involves external effects as a set of wrench vectors exerted along the robot backbone. Constant strain lets us describe the pieces with helices in which shear deformation and elongation are neglected. The resulting piecewise helix is the simplest curve that can catch the torsion of tubes that play a crucial role in kinematic behavior. This approximation transforms the conventional boundary value problem (BVP) of CTRs models into a set of nonlinear equations that drastically decreases the model resolution time. The present method uses a Lyapunov function and torsional Jacobian to ensure the distal torsion constraint consistently and, as a result, the solution’s convergence. The paper’s primary purpose is to present a fast, numerically stable, and relatively accurate kinematic model not reliant on measurement data. Experimental results on a two-tube prototype and provided for different tip loading conditions reveal maintaining a balance between adequate accuracy and reasonable running time, about 7 ms for five pieces per section, for real-time applications in the presence of external load. 相似文献

This study coated the surface of irregularly shaped 5-μm boron particles with TiO2 nanoparticles to improve the ignition performance of the boron. A simple and inexpensive chemical method was used to coat the surface of boron with TiO2. Five different samples of boron coated with TiO2 nanoparticles were obtained by varying the concentration of Ti precursor. Surface structures were analyzed using different characterization techniques, which showed the formation of nanocrystalline TiO2 nanoparticles over the boron surface. The nanoparticles of TiO2 were well dispersed over the boron surface, and exhibited strong interfacial contact with the boron. The oxidation of boron and boron coated with TiO2 was analyzed by thermogravimetric technique in an air atmosphere from room temperature to 1000 °C. Results revealed that the oxidation of boron started at a temperature approximately 162 °C lower after coating with TiO2. The ignition behavior of the boron and boron coated with TiO2 particles was studied using a shock tube. The results of the shock tube experiments demonstrated the TiO2 coated boron had a shorter ignition delay time than the bare boron. An approximate 35% reduction was observed in the ignition delay time of boron after coating with TiO2 nanoparticles, showing its potential value in high energy density fuels. 相似文献
